Our Executive & Administration Team
Kim Cullen
Executive Director
Bringing over 30 years of early childhood education experience, including 10 years as a preschool teacher and 20 consecutive years in an executive position, Kim joined Bradford Progress Childcare Centres as the Executive Director in May 2012. Kim finished her Early Childhood Education program with honours, and her extensive knowledge of the industry contributes directly to the ongoing success and growth of Bradford Progress Childcare and its ability to support the ongoing needs of the community.
Rosie Farah
Financial Administrator
Rosie joined Bradford Progress Child Care in 2023. She has over 25 years of office experience in the finance department. She also has experience working at a Nursing Home for the past 8 years.
Rosie enjoys working in an environment where she can help others.
Linda Fresco
Assistant Executive Director
Linda has over 30 years of early childhood education experience and has been a staple of Bradford Progress Childcare Centres since 1991, including 10 years as a supervisor. She has been the Assistant Director since 2012. Linda graduated with honours in Early Childhood Education and is fluent in both English and Portuguese.
Carrie Field
Program Manager
Carrie Field is a Registered Early Childhood Educator and has been in the field for 15 years. Her experience includes 8 years of supervisory experience within the Simcoe County region. Carrie joined Bradford Progress Childcare in 2017 as a Preschool teacher and was promoted to the supervisor role at our East location at the beginning of 2018. Carrie has knowledge and experience working with all age groups and is able to support our team needs.
Mary Nigro-Bettencourt
Financial Administrator
Mary joined Bradford Progress Childcare Centres as an assistant teacher in late 2018, and was promoted to financial administrator in February 2019. Mary has a Bachelor of Arts (Major in Sociology /Minor in Psychology), a post diploma certificate in Human Resources Management and years of office experience in various industries in both finance and human resouce departments.

As a large, community-centred, non-profit organization, we are always looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our dynamic team. Our programs include all-day daycare for infants to preschool age children, and on-site before-and-after school care. Our positions range from casual, part-time or full-time hours, all focused on providing the best care available for the families we serve.
We are committed to providing an emergent curriculum based on the Ministry of Education’s policies and pedagogy, How Does Learning Happen? which is based on the four foundations: belonging, well-being, engagement and expression. Our before-and-after school programs also follow the Ministry of Education’s Extended Day program guidelines.
